When does commission apply?+
Commission applies only to bookings AYN processes directly — through the widget on your website or the WhatsApp channel. Walk-ins, phone reservations, and bookings through other platforms are never charged. You only pay AYN when AYN generates the booking.
What does “Founding Partner” mean exactly?+
Founding Partners are the first 50 venues to join AYN. The AED 800/month rate (annual) is locked for the lifetime of your account. It will never increase, regardless of how pricing evolves for new customers. The programme closes in June 2026 or when 50 venues are onboarded.
How long does setup take?+
The AYN widget is typically live on your site within one hour of your first call. If a new Matterport floor scan is needed, that takes 2–3 days to arrange. WhatsApp channel activation takes 24–48 hours pending Meta template approval.
Who owns the guest data?+
You do, entirely. AYN never shares, sells, or markets to your guests. Your guest database is yours — stored in your venue’s partition of the AYN platform and exportable at any time.
Can I cancel at any time?+
Annual plans are billed annually with a 30-day notice period at renewal. Monthly plans can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice. All guest data and booking history is exportable in CSV at any time.
Do I need to replace my existing reservation system?+
No. AYN works alongside your existing setup. We offer integrations with common PMS and table management systems — ask about your specific setup on the demo call.
